Empowering Nonprofits
Strategic Giving Program Revamp for PROMO, St. Louis, MO (July - Aug. 2024)
Engaged as a strategic consultant for PROMO, I led the comprehensive revamp of their monthly giving program, transitioning it to the "PROMO Unity Advocates." This initiative redesigned the giving structure into community-centric circles, aligning contributions with PROMO’s core missions and emphasizing sustained community support rather than one-time donations. I developed and designed the implementation strategy to enhance donor engagement and retention to expand PROMO's impact within the LGBTQ+ community.
Partnership Development Project - Phoenixville Area Time Bank (June 2022)
I was tasked with developing a comprehensive presentation for Phoenixville Area Time Bank, designed to illustrate the mutual benefits of partnering with the organization. The presentation effectively communicated the value proposition to prospective corporate partners and potential new board members, enhancing their understanding and engagement with the Time Bank’s mission and strategic goals.
Leadership Coaching for Sacramento LGBT Community Center (Aug. - Oct. 2022)
Engaged in a focused coaching initiative, I guided a new Fundraising and Development Manager. Our collaboration centered on enhancing leadership skills vital for effective program and staff management. This included training on delivering concise messages, providing performance feedback, making strategic decisions based on deliverables, collaborating effectively with the leadership team, and identifying key success metrics to drive organizational goals.
Strategic Community Engagement and Development for ACCESS (2019 – 2022)
For ACCESS, I spearheaded a transformative project aimed at enhancing community engagement and development. I led comprehensive strategies that revitalized their outreach efforts. My key initiatives included delivering monthly presentations to government bodies, businesses, and at public events, which significantly raised community awareness and engagement. I successfully redesigned and managed the volunteer program, doubling its efficiency and effectiveness, and overhauled the Corporate Partner Program, strategically enhancing its structure to double its performance.

City Council Member, Gold Hill Oregon (2024 – Present)
As a City Council Member, I focus on fostering transparency and collaboration in local governance. My efforts include actively engaging the community to ensure residents' voices are heard and implementing solutions-oriented policies that address the city’s needs. I am committed to uniting the community, enhancing public services, and ensuring that the council works effectively to drive positive change in Gold Hill, contributing to a thriving and inclusive local environment.
Board Member, Citizens Review Board (2023 – Present)
In my role as a Board Member, I advocate for children in foster care by reviewing cases to ensure their safety and well-being. I collaborate with social workers, legal professionals, and community organizations to identify improvements in the child welfare system. My focus is on ensuring that policies and procedures support the needs of vulnerable children while driving systemic change that improves outcomes for families. This role underscores my commitment to safeguarding children and enhancing community welfare.
Rogue Retreat Development Committee Member (Sept. 2024 – Present)
Rogue Retreat, based in Medford, Oregon, is dedicated to transforming lives and fostering hope through innovative housing and shelter programs. Their mission centers on empowering individuals and families to overcome homelessness and secure a brighter future with sustainable solutions. In my role on the Development Committee, I focus on overseeing the growth and development of fundraising, public relations, marketing, and social enterprises efforts. This involvement is aimed at enhancing Rogue Retreat's capacity to engage the community and secure necessary resources, ensuring long-term success and strategic expansion.
